MDCA Reading Branch is proud to remain solid and vibrate after its RELAUNCH in October 2018. The branch had gone dead for three years and dedicated and passionate members grouped together to carry the party agenda forward. The beginning was not easy as it started with only six members.
It is pleasing to note that the branch has grown to a membership of twenty four subscribing members. Since relaunching, the branch has managed to host several district council meetings and district elections. In addition, the branch has had over three successful demonstration which have been support by the MDCA family across England. Further more, fundraising activities meant to help opposition political prisoners and empowering MDCA family in Marondera Central Constituency women with a chicken project have been done all through these dedicated Branch Members. Besides looking after Zimbabwe issues, MDCA realised the need to help the community in Reading by donating towards food bank as a gesture of appreciation towards the community.
The branch remains dedicated to bringing justice and sanity to oppressed opposition members even in this pandemic which has crippled the whole world. #ZIMBABWEANLIVESMATTER
