The corona virus has brought the world economic train to a halt. Most companies and government departments are not fully functional. But the Zanu PF captured judiciary found every excuse in the book to function. The Supreme Court sat to hand down the judgement in relation to the appeal by MDC-A ‘s leader Adv Nelson Chamisa. The ruling was in favour of MDC-T leader Thokozani Khupe’ s ambition to ascend to the throne of the popular main opposition’s throne.
The captured judiciary in the form of the Supreme Court ruled that Adv Chamisa was not the legitimate leader of the MDC-A. It is observable that the rogue Zanu PF party had a hand in the judgement. Their aim is to render the powerful MDC-A useless. By deviding the party, Zanu PF aims to consolidate their stranglehold on power. They were successful in tempering with the constitution and also ignoring its tenets to make EDiot Mnangagwa the sole chooser of the High and Supreme Court judges. That has completely compromised the autonomy and impartiality of the bench. One would ask, why was the Zimbabwe Republic Police concealing entrance to the MDC-A headquarters prior to the delivery of the ruling? Who gave Komichi and Mwonzora the judgement prior to its delivery? Its now becoming apparent that these two have been bribed by the Zanu PF government. Our party has been infiltrated and Jonathan Moyo has threatened to disclose the infiltration strategy involving the dreaded CIO. So there see to be loads of questions without answers. Dirty justice seem to hVe been served in favour of rogue elements when almost all business was at a standstill. Back door justice to serve the corrupt, incompetent, clueless and bogus government. All via the love of thirty pieces of silver by our own.
